Without even thinking, Harry lurched up, his body immediately protesting, and shoved the other boy roughly against the stone wall.

A mysterious spell takes Harry's memories, leaving him to wake up, in the Hogwart's infirmary, after the war, with absolutely no recollection of the years he lost. The last thing he remembers is stepping into the bathroom in sixth year to confront Draco Malfoy.
Draco remembers everything. Including Harry falling in love with him.

“Are you happy here? With the life that you’ve built with your Harry?”
Evans watched him like he was trying to memorize every curve and wrinkle on Draco’s face. It made something uncomfortable begin to unfurl in his chest.
It had him clearing his throat and forcing himself to keep his eyes from drifting away from that intense stare. “Yes, I am. Why wouldn’t I be?”
“You know there’s an infinite number of universes, some good, some bad and some that just are. There’s no rhyme or reason to it—what fate decides to allow or… ruin,” Evans rasped, his words had Draco furrowing his brows in confusion, while eyeing the dark look that settled over Evans’s face while his half-lidded gaze never left him. “I’ve come a long, long way from home, Draco. Do you know that?”
Draco survives the Sectumsempra in one universe, but in another he’s not so lucky. That makes all the difference.

Summary
“Malfoy, we have to slow it down!” Harry yells over the growing racket of the time turner. Harry’s not sure how, exactly, they’re going to do that, but they have to try. Malfoy looks at him wildly, and hesitates for only a second before grabbing his arm.
Harry looks uncomprehendingly at Malfoy’s hand on his arm. “We’ll be stronger together!” Malfoy shouts. Oh. Right. The spell. Harry points his wand at the time turner, along with Malfoy. “Finite Incantatum!”
The time turner only seems to grow stronger. A bright light begins to glow out from the center of the device, reaching its edges over to Harry and Malfoy.
The last thing Harry sees is Malfoy’s worried face, and then darkness.
