Summary
He was sure Akutagawa was dead. So, needless to say, everything that went down at the airport was quite a shock to the poor boy. He didn’t even have time to process Akutagawa’s momentary stint in vampirism, because they were soon fighting against another powerful enemy, just the two of them, once again. It had now been a week since everything had finally ended, since the Decay of Angels was finally defeated, and Atsushi hadn’t seen or heard from Akutagawa once. That is, until Atsushi saw him casually walking down the street, as if nothing had happened. So, yeah. Atsushi was more than a little pissed off. He wasn’t entirely sure what he was mad about, specifically, but there was no mistaking the burning sensation he felt in his chest the moment he locked eyes with the man who had literally died for him.

I don't really know how long this is gonna be or what it's even really gonna be about, but I've been dying to write something for sskk for a long time now, and I wanted to do something on the longer side, so I figured I would just start writing and see what happens! I hope you enjoy it :3

And they made a different promise to each other once, one much more important than any other, and that has to mean something. No one is allowed to kill you but me.
He just has to hope that Akutagawa won’t let him rot anyway.

Summary
Atsushi gets affected unknowingly by the ability user they are trying to track down; he slowly watches and feels himself dieing with out being able to do anything :D.
So with little clues and a little knowledge the group that had been set up for the mission and Atsushi himself, try to track down and deal with this disease ability user(with several trials and errors) before new symptoms arise, old ones get worse, or worse comes to worse he ends up dead.
Other issues (one specifically involving a certain black haired Mafioso) also arise in Atsushi's time of crisis as he barely spends a moment away from the other while Akutagawa is by doctors orders made to "babysit" Atsushi as his health deteriorates. With weeks on end spent together in the same hotel room, vulnerable and half delirious, its only reasonable that other feeling between the two break way to the point its hard to ignore.
2,500-15,000+ words per chapter, but they get longer as you read, so you're eased into it.

Summary
Ivan swallows it down. The plate in hand, he returns to their room. Andrew’s hunched over the desk, rubbing at his temple. He perks up when he hears Ivan’s footsteps, turns in his chair, and greets him with a smile.
“We’re out of…” Ivan scrambles to remember. His throat feels scratchy.
“Orange juice? Yeah, I saw.”
Ivan puts the plate next to Andrew’s keyboard. “If the egg isn’t right, I’ll have it. I couldn’t remember if you liked it with or without pepper.”
Andrew looks it over. He starts to laugh.----------------
It's nothing that serious at first- a few minor mistakes he makes when it comes to some relatively simple tasks. Everyone makes mistakes, and even in the face of his own paranoia, Andrew comes in and provides respite through a smile and kind words. Days blur, and soon enough, Ivan is eventually confronted with a deadly combination of both feeling and illness, leaving him painfully vulnerable to his friend.
