Summary
Eun Tak closed her eyes and let the tears she had been so adamantly holding fall freely. Did this daft man really have to say that out loud?
She refused to look at him. She was just appalled by his audacity to even think that she could do that to him. With her eyes still closed, all of their moments together whirled inside her head. She almost felt dizzy as the scenes changed at a rapid pace in just a few milliseconds. Did these memories not affect him the way they did her?
Maybe not. She thought and she felt as if the sword was pierced through her. After shedding a few more tears, she managed to croak out, “I think you’re mistaken then. Neither do I know any goblin, nor I am any goblin’s bride.”
She looked into his eyes defiantly, as if daring him to object her. But they displayed nothing. Just like the day they’d met for the first time, his eyes were as calm as the ocean. She wished she could drown in them but now they were really testing her patience. Frustrated, she turned on her heel.“I wished I could say that for you, Eun Tak.”
What if it wasn't Eun Tak's first life?

Aziraphale had never understood why an angel would choose to Fall. Surely it was bad enough to be caught falling in love with a human, and punished by having your angelic nature and memories stripped away?
