Summary
Sequel to "Before The First Born Day" but can be read as stand alone without much confusion at all! Focus is Damen and Laurent as new/young parents, child is an OC ~5 year old named Augustus (Gus). Minor characters are around, but 99% of the story is Laurent and Damen + kiddo. The plot sounds a lil bit dark, but this is mostly a sappy fan servicey piece of fluff with lots of sex thrown in.
Not long after their son's fifth birthday, disturbing rumors begin to circulate. It's up to Laurent and Damen to protect the future of the kingdom and their child from the horrors they themselves have survived.
