Hinata perks up, lifting his head off the covers for a second to peek at Kenma. “What kind of study?”
Kenma waves a hand dismissively. “It’s about romance, something about studying new couples. Not relevant to you.”
“It might be!” Hinata insists on instinct.
“It’s not,” Atsumu pipes up. “All I know is, ya don’t have anyone.”
“I do too,” Hinata protests, the broad outlines of a plan forming in his mind. It’s not more than a rough few mission statements, but he’s done crazier things with less reason. “We started dating like, three weeks ago, and we wanted to keep it a secret because it’s so new... and you know him.”----
Or, Hinata and Kageyama need money. The quickest way to get it is participating in Kuroo and Oikawa's study about relationships. Too bad neither of them are in one.

Summary
There was no more volleyball, as Osamu loved reminding him. Just the barren earth and the distant caw of a crow and the hunger tearing him apart. The apocalypse had a way of shredding things apart and scattering them to the wind before you had a chance to catch all the pieces. Atsumu thought it was going to be him and Osamu against the world, but when all was said and done, Atsumu was left alone in a house full of ghosts, and Osamu could have been one of them, for all he knew.
Atsumu, age 17, finds himself alone at the end of the world. How do you find meaning in life when everything you loved about life is only a memory?

Osamu looks askance at him, looking way too pleased with himself, and hugs his legs to his chest before tipping his head back to answer. “I meant,” he says, enunciating every word carefully, “that you’re a bad loser because you’re never ever going to be happy when you lose. And you’ll be a bad winner because when you do win, you won’t even be happy. You’ll just want to win more.”
Atsumu opens his mouth, then closes it again. His hands tighten into fists next to him, pulling at strands of grass, fingernails scraping the earth. “Of course I’ll be happy,” he answers, softly, but he doesn’t know who he’s trying to convince. “Of course I will.”
He doesn’t want to admit his brother is right. Ironically enough, it would feel like a defeat.
Or, Miya Atsumu's name proves itself more than once. Featuring storms, promises, the Cain instinct, and Hinata Shouyou being too wise for his years.

Paris outs herself and Rory during a televised argument with Michele Bachmann. Peskiest of all is the fact that Paris and Rory aren't actually dating. A documentary crew wants to make Paris And Rory's Modern Stars Hollow Family anyway. Meanwhile, Rory goes slowly and quietly nuts. (And doesn't like Paris like that -- why would you even suggest such a thing?? Not that ... anyone did.)

probably the only gilmore girls fic i'm gonna read and what a great choice it is for that. holy WOW. i was fr laughing through this whole thing, the characterization is so insane i could almost hear them speaking like it was a scene from the show. literally so hilarious.
