Evbo, choosing to ignore eye contact with the current bane of his existence, tries to give off a threatening aura by playing with EMF's butterfly knife he "borrowed" from them. "So… Seawatt? Where'd you get your name…? The name store?" EMF clearly cringes at Evbo.
Seawatt scoffs. "Uh, yeah. Picked it out myself." EMF somehow cringes harder, but Evbo sees Seawatt's response as a surprise. Evbo is taking this whole situation too seriously for his own good.
"Oh. How good are you at the drums?" Evbo slowly raises his head to stare directly into Seawatt's dark eyes.
Seawatt challenges this, making an effort to bare his teeth as he speaks. "I think you already know the answer."
"I do. You probably suck."

A peculiar Parkour Civilization AU where Evbo and EMF are a super underground jazz-fusion duo who sign with an oddly threatening indie label that forces them to enlarge their duo into a band for better marketability - their new members include a literal clown who plays the saxophone, some guy who's "literally a snack" on the tamborine/clarinet, and the worst part… an egotistical asshole (Evbo's words, not mine) on the drums; Evbo's worst nightmare of a band partner.
