    Summary

    A series beginning with Bruce Wayne finally deciding to go to therapy, and the ripple effect afterwards. Most will be hurt/comfort in some fashion with a lot of Bat Dad, a lot of sibling relationships and a lot of Jason Todd because he’s my fav.

    This is something of an attempt to consolidate both Bruce’s original characterization pre-crisis, and his more current one, to explain why he is as he is now, and to get him back to where he once was. A good dad who struggled with his own shortcomings and cared about his kids.

    Such a good freaking series holy moly. Bruce goes to therapy and changed the way he interacts with his children for the better. Theres a lot of angst hut it does come with comfort by the end.

    Jasons story fucked me up ngl i love him so much but it made me happy how it ended with them doing better for and with each other.

    And then jason and damians mini story AGGGG :c i love them they are so good no matter how bad they think they are

    A must read for Damian lovers. This one will grab you by the throat and beat the shit out of you will telling you it loves you. Damian sacrifices himself to save the world even if it entails everyone forgetting him. He has to learn how to live without his family and fight not to forget them despite that being much harder when a certain person meets him and grows obsessive over him, and him meeting them again in unexpected ways. I love his relationship (?) with Tim in this one because despite how much they fight they will always be brothers. God when Tim promised to always find him actually broke my heart. I love them your honor they are brothers .

    There will eventually be a fourth part. In the meantime everything wraps up neatly at the end of each story, so don’t feel like you have to wait to start!

    good series that talks about the more darker parts of what being a robin details and about jasons upcoming and how a persons job to survive should not be criminalized.

    I love jasons relationships with tim and step in this one and fuck man i think its really good and important read. This is one of the fics that talks about jasons childhood with sex work without completley ignoring the truama he would have had from it or magically fixing it by family and love. I love that the fic is really realistic and that no matter how hard you fight sometimes you cant win but that doesn't mean you give up the fight and keep working on how to better your community and help others.

    tims fic hit hard especially because he went through so much that is left unsaid between his friends and family, especially because hes the one in the middle and god i just need to give him a big hug and tell him his family loves and would die for him no doubt. I love how it ends not with him fixed or anything but understanding that he has people in his corner and while he may feel like this now it wont always be like that and that his big brother has his back :,}

    Tim's dad is dead, killed by a boomerang to the chest, and Tim is an orphan now. He knows Bruce would adopt him if needed but he couldn't possibly impose himself on the Wayne's more than he already has. It's okay though, because he has a plan for this, he just needs someone to play the role of his estranged "Uncle Eddie".

    Except... the guy he hires is weirdly concerned about his well being and Tim can't figure out why.

     

    Meanwhile, Jason Todd is forced to reevaluate his plans for his debut as Red Hood, because, as it turns out, his replacement is a suicidal idiot who can't be trusted to stay out of trouble.

     

    OR

     

    Tim Drake fails to recognize Jason Todd, back from the dead, and hires him to be his Uncle Eddie to avoid getting adopted by Batman. Somehow this ruins everyone's plans.

    Cute jason and tim fic where they are the best chaotic brothers with some family fluff and reinstating at the end ! :D i love tim, but someone pls read him affirmations or smth in da morning. Jk but i love how jason reassures him that hes there to stay for him and how quickly tim is like huh this feels awesome, i trust this guy with my life.
