Summary
Two.
In the corner of Gi-hun’s eye he noticed Young-il wasting no time to lunge towards Jung-bae’s wrist, wrapping his palm around it tightly and dragging him off towards one of the bright colored rooms during the Mingle game. He wasn’t able to put any further thought on it as Dae-ho snaked his fingers around Gi-hun’s wrist, thumb pressed against his racing pulsepoint to yank him the opposite direction to a room. “Hyung, let's go!”
They were barely able to make it into their room in time, another duo trailing right behind them forcing Dae-ho to close the door in their faces. Once the door had clicked shut with a satisfying lock, Dae-ho sunk down onto the ground with all the panic he’d been hiding away threatening to explode out of his throat.
Gi-hun spent the remaining time they had left before the game ended comforting Dae-ho through his emotions, until the same, terrifying narrator voice haunting them throughout the entire games explains that; due to technical difficulties, everyone is to remain inside their rooms until the doors unlock.
How else are they supposed to spend their time, all alone with nobody else to bother them?

Summary
Gi-hun sucked in a deep breath through gritted teeth in an attempt to calm himself down, as every step he took towards the castle doors only sent his heart into another thumping craze. He could nearly hear it pounding in his throat once he found himself face to face with the stone doors of the castle. Gi-hun raised his palms against the stone, the cold touch a strange comfort to him and after a brief moment he clenched his fingers into a tight fist, gently knocking on the door.
The noise echoed all around him, one that brought comfort to the castle. Gi-hun stood there for just a mere few seconds, listening to the last echoes of the knock fade away and the absolute silence that followed right after it. Anxiety started to bubble beneath his lungs, dipping into his stomach as he tried to knock on the fortress' doors again.
Silence trailed right after his knock again, and Gi-hun let out another puff of air in the form of a sigh, disappointment sneaking its claws into him for even expecting something to answer him. Of course the castle is empty, why wouldn’t it be? Obviously, it’s an abandoned castle by the looks of it.

Summary
"Don't you want to play?" The salesman chose to ignore Gi-hun’s pathetic insult that was left between his lips, cocking his head towards the side with a lift of his eyebrow. “If you win, I’ll answer any question you have. No matter what type of question it is, however, if you lose…” He trailed off his sentence, running his focused yet calm pupils down the edge of Gi-hun’s jawline and towards his neck. His gaze felt as if it were a thousand knives pointed right at the older man's adam's apple.
“I’m not letting you slap me around again if that’s what this is going to be,” Gi-hun scoffed in the man’s tight grip, rudely interrupting the other from speaking up again. He tried to push against the man again but it was futile. “Nor am I going to pay you any money, or whatever—”
“If you lose," The salesman's burning stare traveled back upwards to meet Gi-hun's own. "I get to do anything I want to you.”

Summary
“Well,” You brought the pen to your lips, the tip of it resting against your bottom lip. Moments of silence passed by before you responded with that same cunning smile coming back to you. “In a way, I think I’m one of the only ones who wants to actually fuck him.” You then averted your head down back to your work, giving Tina a few seconds to process what you just said.
Tina’s head tilted to the side as her face was twisted in confusion, before it quickly morphed into a scandalized expression of her own with her jaw dropping. “No way!” She barked her laughter, and if anyone else were in the room they would have told the brunette to shut the hell up. “I never knew you had that dominant side to you!” Tina then clapped her hands together by her chest with her lips curling upwards into a wide grin. “I can’t even picture Midas like that. Wow, what a fantasy that is. God, Y/N, you’ll have to tell me more about that one.”

Summary
A puff of air in the form of an irritated sigh left between Fiddleford's lips, but before he was able to wrap his mind around the text that seems to be already haunting him on his journal, he suddenly felt a warm grip on his shoulder. The man sucked in a breath as he turned his neck to see who had grabbed him, although he already knew there was one person who was around him working on the same exact thing he was.
“Stanford?” The man that seemed to be brewing with nervousness cut the growing silence with his voice that seemed to be slightly hoarse from not using it for hours. His gaze averted from Stanford’s fingertips and onto the other man’s face, his own eyebrows raising from the sight. Stanford’s eyebrows were tightly knitted together, whether it was in agony or some sort of pain Fiddleford was not able to figure out.

Summary
Living well is the best revenge, so they say. In Jake's quiet fury at the dismissive, heartless way everyone spoke of his brother's death and the complete lack of empathy he found at every turn and corner, he decides to find a way to live the best life he can possibly conceive, with the opportunity Tommy left behind for him: a fresh start on a new world... just not exactly the way the RDA vultures meant.
(In which Jake Sully pulls the ultimate con on every person who failed to treat his brother's memory with respect, and every person who failed to be kind to their fellow man.)
((Previously 'From the Ashes.'))
(On hiatus, not abandoned.)

Summary
“What do you say we up the stakes a bit? I’ll wager 500,000 on the next round,” the salesman offers.
“You want to punch me in the stomach now or something?” Gi-hun asks, suspiciously, one hand on his burning face.
“Of course not,” the salesman says, “I only want to play another game. If you win, I give you 500,000. If I win, you suck me off.
