Summary
Merlin for once doesn't listen to the dragon or Gaius and tells Morgana about his powers. This leads to nightly magic lessons in Morgana's chambers that have Arthur a tad jealous. Morgana soon decides to tell Arthur about her magic, and he's a bit scared, of her and for her, but he's working on it. He decides to be a good brother and learn more about magic in order to make Morgana feel accepted and understood. His terrible stumblings through the world of magic soon lead him to rumors of a man called Emrys. What happens when they finally meet each other and Emrys turns out to be unexpectedly flirty?

Standing there, in the middle of the doorway, was Merlin. The sorcerer was covered head to toe in mud and gods-know-what-else from the stables. The sight wasn’t frightening on its own, but Arthur inhaled sharply in fear once he saw his lover’s face.
The king was convinced that if Merlin wasn’t as stupidly loyal to Arthur as he was, the sorcerer would’ve killed him long before now.
“Hello, my bird,” Arthur greeted him sweetly, shifting his mother's sigil from his left hand to his right behind his back. “I assume the stables have been cleaned?”
“You’re such an ass.”
