Summary
Izuku Midoryia came out as trans back in middle school. He was able to get on testosterone and bulk up quite a bit before coming to UA where he has been able to live peacefully as the boy he has always been. Kacchan is the only other student who knows prior to this fic and when Izuku needs him the most (when his self-doubts flare up) Kacchan is always there.
