Ilya very slowly lowers himself down on the bed, spine straight. “Why are you calling?”
Pike huffs. “Trust me, I don’t want to be.”
“Okay, then, why? How do you know… Lily?”
A beat. Then, “You’re Lily.”
Protectiveness rears its ugly head. Severely, Ilya declares, “This is none of your fucking concern.”
“He’s asking for you.”
OR: when Shane gets hurt on the ice, Hayden Pike reaches out to Boston Lily.

Ilya does not ask if Hollander has been with other men since the last time they were together. It does not matter. Ilya has been with several other men in these last years, in Russia, where everyone understands the importance of the secret they are keeping, and he thinks probably Hollander has found someone else to experiment with. Why wouldn't he? Hot, famous, rich guy like him? It makes sense.
But Hollander hasn't.

But up close, Hollander looks young. Soft. Western. He has big eyes and freckles across his nose like a little kid. He is attractive in the way that many young men are attractive, his face not yet hardened by the work of the real world, and he seems nervous to be out here, nervous to be seen with Ilya. Because Ilya has been forced to learn everything about Hollander, Ilya knows that Hollander is older than him, not much, a few weeks. But looking at him, Ilya feels weary and old. He hates that.

Dean swallows bile and practically hauls Sam to his feet, trying to ignore the way the kid keeps losing his balance and trying to place his feet as he practically puts all his weight on Dean.
He’s not heavy. He’s Sam. And Dean will carry his weight, whether he’s a feverish little five-year-old with curly hair and big eyes, or a six-foot muscular hunter.

“What you're doing is murder,” Roy snapped. “And the only reason that I haven't already pulled this trigger is because I don't kill lightly. Unlike you.”
Scar stopped. When he spoke again, his voice sent chills down Roy's spine. “Oh? You mean to tell me that you aren't a murderer yourself? Hero of Ishval?”
