Tommy stutters, his tongue suddenly turning to rubber and stares at the man, one of the world's top villains, in his passenger's seat. “I—”
“One moment.” The Angel holds up a finger, popping the door open and looking towards the back of Tommy’s car. He cups a hand to his face. “Boys, get in this fucking car or I’m leaving you behind!”
Tommy twists in his seat, head snapping back to look out his back window and watches as three more men (holy shit, is that the Blade?) come darting towards his car.

Everything had been perfect. He’d done a good job.
And then there were more people in the arena. And they were carrying guns. And his trainer was ripped away from him and everyone was screaming and there was an explosion and he was hurting and-
Then he was brought into this concrete room with a group of hybrids both talking to him and not at the same time. He didn’t understand.
“Hello? What’s going on, Tommy?” The blonde man, a bird hybrid with dark wings, was asking.
He shuddered. He didn’t want to talk, he didn’t know if he even could. His trainer always said ‘words are for people, not hybrids.’ So he never talked and never bothered to learn to understand many words either.
There was no need for talking when all he ever needed to do was win. When all that was asked of him was to kill or be killed.

Tommy is a raccoon hybrid, abused in a gladiator arena where hybrids fight to the death.
When he is rescued by Phil and Techno, they quickly realize he doesn’t know how to speak.
Eventually, Tommy learns he won’t be hurt anymore and finally opens up to them.

Summary
Techno turned to glance over his shoulder, and Siren was there too, keeping watch from the street.
Tommy barely held back a sob of relief to see them. They would take care of him, bring him back to their ridiculously large apartment. He could sleep on their ridiculously comfortable couch that absolutely engulfed him on movie nights.
At some point Techno had stopped talking. Prime, everything still hurt and ached and all he wanted was to go to sleep.
AKA: Tommy is an exhausted assistant/vigilante and he runs into his bosses on patrol one night. Maybe the worst night to run into his bosses.

Tommy was a simple boy, who loved to adventure far with his herd. His eyes had seen before beautiful peaks and valleys. Of course, that was only another thing he loves to do. The latter was to make gifts, solely for his friends. Frequently he would go to them and bring the presents. One day, he would be going to a particular friend’s home to sent them the gifts he had made. It’s just he would never expect him to meet the other companions of his enderman friend. But unbeknownst to him, his life would change forever by them.
