Summary
There is no hesitation when I shake my head, for I do not regret any part of knowing him. He is all I have now, and aside from Briseis, he is all I ever had. I have long since let go of princely pride, and breathe freely in the dichotomy of us. Achilles will be written in history and my story will be consigned to his. “I am glad with your honor. I do not want it any other way.”

Summary
Nicolo Genova, or Nicky to his American friends, is just trying to get through his PhD program. He's writing his dissertation on Post-classical homoerotic poetry, but he cannot find anyone who speaks an extinct dialect of Arabic so he can translate a famed love poem by a little known poet, al-Kaysani.
Strangely enough, his friend knows a professor on campus who can translate the poem. What starts as a simple request for assistance on his dissertation blossoms into something that Nicky -- shy, reserved Nicky who abandoned his plans for the priesthood months before ordination -- had never imagined for himself: true love.
What he doesn't know is that Dr. Joseph Jones (his handsome, erudite, kind, lovely Joe) is harboring a secret too large for anyone to believe -- and that secret might just cost them everything.

Summary
An office at two-thirty in the afternoon is a particular flavor of Hell. The fresh promise of the morning is far behind, the end of the day seems forever away, and gone is the escapist enjoyment of lunch to look forward to.
It's enough to drag down the most ebullient and enthusiastic worker, let alone a tired, frustrated, meeting-sore CEO. So when the phone rings in the middle of his two o'clock meeting with the most terminally boring department head in the company, Joe doesn't even glance at the display screen.
Joe sees the name just as he's snatching up the phone before it can stop ringing. People outside of his senior executives don't usually call him directly, so he's curious.
"Mister Genova, how can I help you today?"

Summary
“If you wish, you may accompany me to my village,” he says, the other man’s hands stilling their motion.
“Do you care for my company?” the man asks hesitantly. “After every time I have killed you?”
Yusuf shakes his head and a low chuckle escapes him. “No, but it seems that you are in a much sadder state than I am. My mother would think me cruel for abandoning you.”
After a tentative truce, Yusuf and Nicolò go home.

Just above his eyeline, in dark purple Sharpie, is an addition so recent the ink is still a little wet.
For a good time, call Nicky. Ask him about eating sushi with a fork.
Underneath it is a phone number.Joe isn’t sure how long he stands there, staring at the words, before he says, out loud, “Is... is that a euphemism?”

Summary
The “Partners Weekend” at Merrick Industries was a bit of a joke, and in more ways than one. Who actually had time to spend a long couples weekend with people you worked with? But Joe had slaved away too many hours at his desk to blow off his chance at a promotion just like that. Particularly when all he had to actually do for it was spend a weekend in some manor house in the English countryside with his colleagues.
Which led him to his current predicament: Who of his friends would agree to pose as his spouse for four days – and at one week’s notice?
Double fake-dating AU: Joe asks Quynh to pretend to be his wife for an important work social at Merrick Industries. Andy brings her good friend Nicky under a similar guise. Only of course none of them are actually straight, and of course none of them are willing to admit that.
A dumbasses-to-lovers story.
