Recovery Girl raises an eyebrow at Uraraka snickering to herself. “That doesn’t sound like what I’m seeing here.”
Denki’s mouth opens “Well it makes sense that if the quirk’s effects are to lower inhibitions then a person like Uraraka who doesn’t seem to have any would simply lose the ability to conform to social norms.”
“Inhibitions!” The third year yells out. “I knew there was a word for it!”
Denki can feel Recovery Girl staring at him, almost in shock over what he just said.
That thought feels weird though.
Because if there’s a reason why Denki wouldn’t usually talk like this, he can’t think of it right now.

Summary
Denki Kaminari, a newly-hired hairstylist at Present Mic's Hair Spikes!, has a few problems in his life at the moment. The first is that he can't quite bring himself to do a tarot card reading to see how his love life will go, no matter his ability to do so. The second is that his hairdryer keeps blowing out the fusebox at work.
His third and most important problem is that he may be slightly infatuated with the repairman who regularly comes to fix Denki's little fusebox issue. Not only is Shinsou the son of the hair salon owners, but he's also unfairly gorgeous and very, very available.
