Summary
Only three people from District 12 have ever won the Hunger Games. One is dead, the second is a dysfunctional alcoholic, and the third is you, a District reject beloved by the Capitol. Like clockwork, the two of you send a boy and a girl to their death every year.
You expect the 74th Hunger Games to be no different until Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark literally spark the Capitol's attention. Now, you have to navigate both keeping your tributes alive during the Games and your complicated relationship with your co-mentor. And all that focus on District 12 love doesn't help with keeping down the feelings you've tried to bury.
Based on a mix of book and movie canon. The events of this will go up to the end of Catching Fire/beginning of Mockingjay.

It was strange to Albert to even consider him a healthy child by any margin.
