But then, Rost had never given her any kind of talk, except to tell her once, stiffly, that if she started to bleed between her legs, not to be concerned unless it lasted more than a week. This had been on her eleventh birthday, delivered with a stack of bandages. He had never told her that a person’s smile might one day make her stomach churn.

But Hephaestus is brewing up a world of trouble, machine behavior changing across all the known tribal territories. Can these two figure out just what is brewing between them while keeping their mind on their mission?

She has faced the leaders of tribe after tribe across both East and West, unblinking and immovable, always getting her way in the end. She has stopped rebellions and stared down Thunderjaws. She is strong, capable and can take care of herself.
So why is it that a certain Tenakth Marshal makes her brain glitch every time he gets close?
(Or the 5 times Kotallo unintentionally makes Aloy bluescreen and the 1 time he does it on purpose.)
