Summary
The head of the Shadow Operatives: Mitsuru Kirijo, has been tracking abnormalities occuring on Tatsumi Port Island. Earlier in the month, there had been numerous cases of physical assault and murder, seemingly out of nowhere. The assailants had one thing in common, that being they seemingly blacked out during the attack.
Halfway through the month, the cases dwindled down to zero at a steady rate. Mitsuru has multiple theories surrounding the events that transpired, but she can't be completley sure unless she sees it for herself.
And so, with the assistance of her closest friends, she returns to Tatsumi Port, 4 years later...
