Dallas isn’t handsome, not like Sodapop. Unbidden, a memory of Dallas emerging from Buck’s party comes to mind. Ponyboy had been in a haze at the time, but he remembers how Dallas looked with his jeans barely clinging to his hips and his chest bare.
He swallows, mouth suddenly dry.
“I like how you look,” Ponyboy responds.
