“I don’t know man,” Diego says, frustrated. “I’m not a doctor, or a space-jumping expert. All I know is that he pushed himself too far, but he said he was fine- or would be fine with some time and rest.”
Five frowns. Did he say that? He doesn’t recall that conversation. He’s not sure why he would say something like that to Diego, either. It doesn’t feel like he’s getting better in the slightest. If anything, he’s probably getting worse—“Then fucking say that!” Diego snaps loudly, startling Five. “For God’s sake, Five, I’m trying to help you over here! You think I’m having the time of my life sitting here and watching you like this?”

Summary
After landing in 2019 the Umbrella Academy is faced with the new reality that is they no longer exist, replaced instead with the 'superior' (in their father's opinion) Sparrow Academy. After being kicked to the curb they find themselves staring down a dark and hopeless path. Until a strange woman whom the Commission would very much prefer remain dead kidnaps them with a wave of her hand, dumping them literally into nowhere and offering them an impossible chance...the chance to learn and do better. A chance to try again. At least that's what she claims she's doing, Five isn't so sure. But then again Five is a paranoid old man.
TLDR: The Umbrella Academy is forced to watch the TV show in an attempt to show them where they went wrong and how NOT the mess everything up the second time around. If they so choose of course.

Summary
An alternate 2019 brings with it new problems and new dangers.
The two sets of Hargreeves children mix like water on a greasefire. It's hard to tell which group is unhappier about the situation -- the Sparrows, trying to navigate the minefield of their new siblings' many traumas, or the Umbrellas, trying to carve their place back into a world that forgot them.
Plus the whole saving-the-world thing hanging over them all.
Whether they like it or not, they're going to have to learn to work together.

Summary
Fiddling with his empty holster, (he felt strangely vulnerable without his knives), Diego wondered what had happened to the rest of his siblings. Part of him hoped that they had made it out of the Icarus Theatre alive, crashing somewhere else in Dallas, but a larger part of him was doubtful. He didn’t understand how time travel worked exactly but Five hadn’t mentioned anything about them potentially being separated from each other. If it was a possibility, wouldn't he have mentioned it? It was hard not to assume the worst.
“Yeah, we’ve picked up the nutcase from 1026 North Beckley Street,” One of the officers, the one lounging in the passenger seat, chuckled into his radio, “Reckons he’s saved the president’s life. Better get someone from Shinyview down at the station.”

Summary
After returning to a very different 2019, the Umbrella Academy --- now known as Team Zero --- decide to visit their birthplaces of origin to learn what their identities have now become. Meanwhile, one sibling must answer for some of his actions in Dallas, while the originally-most-disregarded sibling becomes the family mediator.
The one where Klaus gets grief for lying about Ben, Diego has a much larger axe to grind with him, Vanya is an ally to each of them, and she and Diego become best friends.
