One thing i will say is this fic hits very hard with reality,not in a sense that it is just words puts together but i can see the connections;characters and storyline,their development through this entire work.I like the sequences to connect the chp!!
I like Dean characteristic here,if im not misreading the potrayal but it feels like he's experiencing existential crisis.Not in way he'd rather be dead or anything,but in a way that every moments just bleeds nicely that he doesn't really 100% register the environment around him.
And that's so fucking nice to read as someone who pretty much have it like the usual Sunday,like he's with his beloved Cas and dork Sammy but also he's having a pup soon and he will be a dad but he doesn't know how to imagine that,ig.Settling things with Sammy was the real deal of this fic,i like how it doesn't prolonged the shitty issues of John Fucking Winchester(not like it's something to complain but yes it sucks having to deal with him) Just overall great,i love Cas here btw

Castiel’s babysitter cancels. Again. Which is how he ends up frantically hiring Deana—a highly rated sitter with years of experience and a history of helping raise her younger brother, Sam.
Castiel expects a woman. Dean Winchester, apparently, expects people to read profiles more carefully. The typo in the listing was never fixed.
Dean is qualified, of course. Responsible, even. Disturbingly good with children. Castiel’s eight-year-old adores him almost immediately.
He spends significantly longer trying not to. Because Dean has a habit of lingering in the kitchen after Claire falls asleep, fixing things around the house that were never his responsibility and looking unfairly comfortable in a life that doesn’t belong to him.

In the beginning, Chuck had a perfect plan.
In the beginning, Naomi expected to be an archangel.
In the beginning, another angel received that honor and set Naomi spiraling with envy and hate.
In the beginning, Castiel was born to two freedom-loving archangels, and that was the beginning of the end.
Now at the end of it all, Sam and Dean find out that angels are real and dicks (some exceptions included). God is a douche. Naomi is a controlling monster. And basically everyone is cool with ending the world, using them as their tools.
