"Look, House and Wilson are under the mistletoe!" Someone with a suspiciously familiar Australian accent exclaimed.
Everyone stopped what they were doing to look at the pitiful, yet humorous display of two middle-aged men stuck 'under the mistletoe' in the employee break room. The pair refused to make eye contact with anyone, including each other.
Wilson's cheeks flushed, the color quickly spreading across his face and down his neck. .
House glanced up at the offending evergreen branch. It dangled from the doorframe by a small, clear string. The bright red berries and spiny green leaves were wrapped together by a comically large golden ribbon.
He scoffed.

Summary
Kunikida had not expected the pure sorrow that filled him when Dazai acually succeded with his suicide plan. The tears that rolled down his face suprised everyone in the room, including Kunikida.
Dazai’s suicide attempt succeeded and kunikida is a sad sad man.
