no but, in all seriousness, i can't even put into words how amazing this au is.
the worldbuilding, the storytelling, the character development, jimin and taehyung themselves, they were all so beautiful i could cry. and i did.
god, the last scene in the games, as the adrenaline is winding down, and it really hits them that they've gotta make a choice, my anxiety was at an all time high
i really really need to praise the writing as well. the prose is so beautiful, almost like poetry?? the entire games was written so hauntingly well. i could literally feel every emotion described.
i think i'm in love with this story

Lines of red were spilling from under the cuffs, dripping onto the table. “I’m going to find a first aid kit and treat those.”
“I wasn’t joking,” Choi said, as Jungkook slipped out of the room.

The Hanahaki Disease is an illness born from one-sided love, where the patient throws up and chokes on flower petals when they suffer from one-sided love. The infection can be removed through surgery, but the feelings disappear along with the petals. The second way is for the person you’re pining for to reciprocate your love.
