Summary
They reach the ocean two years after they come back to Earth.
Some of the kids decide to stay with their parents, of course. But many of the Camp Jaha residents choose to come with them to the sea. All in all, when they arrive at the coast, the procession is 126 people strong.
Clarke stands on the weathered highway, the weight of the pack on her shoulders suddenly lighter, so much so that she might float away. There’s a beach in front of the road, and beyond that, the ocean is an immense wall of blue.
(Clarke used to live in space, but somehow the ocean looks bigger than the cosmos ever did.)

Summary
Jonas told Will they were a ‘cluster’, but sometimes it feels more like a circle, a cycle, all their minds overlapping and forming similar patterns like ripples in a pond.
(Will ruminates on being part of the cluster and what that means for them)

Summary
“Hello there. I’m looking for the PI?” the man said, reaching over Clarke’s head to tap on the glass of her door, where CLARKE GRIFFIN, PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR was printed. His breath smelled lightly of alcohol.
“You found her,” Clarke replied, taking a long drag on her cigarette for effect.
The man recoiled slightly. His dark eyes slid up and down her body, settling on her face with an odd quirk of his lips.
“Clarke Griffin,” she said, and held out her hand, “Private Investigator.”
AU in which Clarke is the femme fatale PI that Bellamy hires to find his missing mother.

Summary
AU: Bellamy is the one that gets turned into a Reaper, instead of Lincoln. Canon divergence from the season 1 finale.
His mind hazes over. The actions his body commits are not what his mind wants. He feels like he’s back on the Ark, watching from a window as the world turns in front of him. This is not his body. This is not his body.
He loses his words to snarls and growls. When he spits and howls like a wildcat, a piece of him—muted by the drugs, but still there, still terribly alive—is both shamed and terrified. This is not his voice. This is not his voice.

Summary
Then there are times, when Bellamy is not even trying, that Clarke sees his maturity as clear as day. It’s easy to forget that your co-leader is five years older than you when he treats you like a total equal—despite nicknames.
(and hey, princess has become something more of a compliment lately.)

Summary
Every now and then, Lydia gets this sickening feeling that she’s the canary to the pack's coal mine. The person everyone keeps tabs on to see how things are going to turn out. Normally, she wouldn’t mind feeling watched over, but the thing about the canaries - they almost always die.
**************
“I know you don’t believe me,” he says, “But I’m so sorry.”“For what?” says Stiles, “My black eye or leaving Lydia unconscious and bleeding on her front porch?”
“Stiles,” says Lydia in a quiet voice. They shouldn’t provoke the werewolf.
Scott lifts his head to look at the human. “Both,” he says in a controlled voice despite his hands that are now clenched into fists. “I made a mistake,” he says, “I’m really sorry.”
Stiles’s eyes go wide, and he lurches forward as he gives a humorless laugh. “A mistake?” he says, “Scott, a mistake is forgetting to do your homework or leaving the car window down when it rains. No,” he shakes his head as he talks, “You didn’t make a mistake, buddy. You fucked up.”
