Summary
After the war, one of the first things newly crowned Queen Ivy of Elusia and King Diamant of Brodia do is forge ahead with the same alliance they promised each other, beginning with exchanging correspondence. Unfortunately the bad blood between their kingdoms isn't so easily wiped clean, and budding feelings beginning to bloom further complicate matters.
Or: the ups and downs in Ivy's and Diamant's post-war relationship, and how personal desires might just transcend the bond between rulers.

Summary
We know Shane; life could’ve turned out differently for him but it’s clear that his dreams were not meant to be his. He let go of the idea that he had any control and let the hope of a better future drown in his alcoholism. However there was one thing he knew he could control: when and how his story would end. But as it goes, a new farmer moves to Pelican Town and her arrival shakes everything up. Shane won’t let this stop his plans but it’s not too long before he finds himself at a crossroads. He has more control than he realizes and maybe this story will play out differently than he planned. Maybe he might like that.
