Marinette had accepted that she didn’t have a soulmate. Her wrist had been bare for the last fifteen years of her life, so she had gotten use to the idea, but then one morning that had changed. Soul words appeared only when both soulmates were born, so why were hers appearing now? Does anything really change for her considering her soulmate was just born? It wouldn’t be romantic anyway, would it? There was just no way… Right?

Project 13 was having an interesting day. Technically it was his birthday, but there wouldn’t be a party. Unless it was a war party if the explosions in the hall outside the lab were anything to go by. It would appear he was being rescued. He wasn’t sure what to think about that.
