Summary
Peter felt a strong feeling in the depth of his heart, a feeling that had always lingered but it felt like today it had actually surfaced and grasped his chest from within: hatred. He began to hate this part of him, the part that talked and talked and didn’t shut up. The part that took up space and announced himself, the part that had a voice to distinguish himself. He felt that he needed to put an end to this voice, to fade away into the background, where he belongs.

Summary
Peter had always had a somewhat delayed reaction to things, he supposes. Not in cases like when a bus was flying towards him or someone is charging at him at full speed. In those cases, his spidey senses came in handy and alerted him crucial seconds before it happened, in many cases saving his life. But with things like Uncle Ben dying or learning about his parents… it had taken him a long while to even comprehend what happened.

Cas is sick and Dean finds a journal that Cas kept about his time alone as a human.
This fic is a retelling of first half of S9 from Cas's POV (via Cas's journal). Lots of Cas angst/loneliness and a correspondingly equal volume of Dean guilt. Sick fic, hurt/comfort, journal fic, and a Christmas fic too.
NO SLASH but the entire thing features a strong Cas/Dean friendship.

Summary
It's impossible to say Han Jisung had an easy life growing up. His father abandoned him when he was a kid, and his mother never gave him anything except bruises before she overdosed and left him on the streets. Six years later, he works the graveyard shift at a twenty four hour convenience store, where his managers overwork him, barely pay him enough to make his monthly rent, and may be using the store as a cover for their underground drug ring.
The appearance of a bullet-ridden, bleeding-to-death stranger may be the ticket which frees him from the downward spiral that is his life.
