“What are you planning on doing, Andrew?” Wymack asked him, discarding the piles of paperwork littering the desk and turning his full attention to the conversation at hand.
“Going away.” Andrew told him, lighting up a cigarette and wondering the same thing. He hadn’t figured all the details out but that could be rectified by spending a week in Columbia on his own searching for jobs and apartments. He had enough left in the bank from Tildas’ life insurance to secure a lease until he found work. The only question was where he was heading, he wasn’t interested in sticking around Columbia where he could run into his family.
“You only just got off the meds, have you thought this through?” Wymack asked, leaning back in his chair and scrubbing a hand over his thinning hair. “I know Exy has never been the endgame for you, but I thought you’d stick around for the degree.”
Andrew shrugged carelessly. A degree didn’t mean anything unless you had plans to use it and Andrew wasn’t that committed to his future. “Sorry, coach. Exy just isn’t what I needed it to be any longer."
-Neil was never recruited to the Foxes. Now Andrew must face the world without his drugs and he's not impressed.

Summary
The Avengers have been in a relationship since the battle of NY (with Bucky joining after a quick nap in Wakanda), they have been looking for another to join their relationship to help balance out the groups personalities. Bucky is convinced he has found her, however while the team are trying to decide the best approach to introducing themselves fate decides to step in and hurry things along.
There will be about two/three (ok or 7 sue me) charters of set up plot and then just smut, I make no apologies for this. I'll try to avoid using a name for the original character so could be read as a y/n type story if you'd like :)

Neil doesn’t know if this is considered protection or insight because Andrew has always been the quicker of the two to know that these moments are transient and Neil will wake up half a country away and want to come back home when this fear and ache to flee settles back down; either before or after he gets himself hurt.
It might be one in the same if Neil thinks about it.
It reminds Neil of that thing Renee had said once: This, too, shall pass.

“You are my only good option. Aaron is straight. Andrew is rabid. Allison and Seth are on and off so often it’s impossible to keep track. Dan and Matt are a couple and getting them both to agree to pretend to date me would be harder. Renee doesn’t like men. Katelyn is lovely but Aaron would be angry. I don’t know which of the others started or stopped dating over the summer. That leaves you."
“What about Kevin?”
Jean scoffs. “You cannot be serious.”
“He’s…” What is Kevin? Not any better at telling Riko ‘no’ than Jean is, and, subsequently, probably not great at lying to him. Also, is it really believable that Kevin would jeopardize the team and their athletic careers by shitting where he eats? Probably not. Kevin’s amended hierarchy of needs just has the word EXY at the base. Somewhere far above that are pedestrian concerns like ‘food’ and ‘water’ and ‘shelter.’
“Taller,” Neil finishes lamely. “He’s taller.”

Summary
When Neil wakes up in a very familiar car sitting next to a ghost, a little more than 7 years younger, he was more than a little freaked out. Last thing he remembered was going out for Andrew's 25th birthday.
He hadn’t been sure what to expect. He hadn’t even been sure why he’d done it. He was left adrift in too tight skin, sitting for hours next to the ghost of his mother in what was apparently a jaunt into the past, but it was ingrained in him to run back to Andrew. Always he orbited around the man who stood between him and any threat. Always he found his way to the man’s side. Now was no exception.
He hadn’t really expected for Andrew to know who he was though.
As he heard Andrew’s voice say his name, he realized that he’d been expecting a ‘Who is this?’, not a ‘Neil?’. Somehow, the relief he’d felt at hearing it though, was short lived. He was panicking.
“Where the fuck are you. I woke up six hours ago in the house in Colombia with Nicky and Aaron. It’s fucking April 22nd, 2003 Neil.”

She may have loved him but she was never gentle with him, her love was twisted and routed in paranoia and fear. Her hands had been torn and bloodied so scabs grew over the once smoother skin.
