    Leaving Enies Lobby and Water 7 in the distant, Nico Robin can finally start living. The only small hiccup is that she has no idea how to. She knows she should be happy, that she's free now. But after thinking she wouldn't even make it past her twenty-eighth birthday, all of this new found freedom and possibility is starting to feel more suffocating than liberating.

    Franky feels amazing! He's got a new lease on life, a chance to fulfill his dreams and nothing but adventure and good times ahead. And he's totally made peace with his past, he had his big emotional catharsis and everything, he's all good now. Super good. His crushing guilt is no more. Now if he could just figure out how to focus on anything for two seconds, he'd be perfect.

Because she would never date a friend, especially Ash Ketchum, with his chocolate brown eyes, cute freckles and small dimples. He's her best friend, a pal, a homie.

    Alright, Ash is an…objectively attractive guy, she'd never denied that. But she never found him subjectively attractive either. If anything, she'd always rolled her eyes at people who were head over heels for him because she knew what a goofball he was. So no, she never found him attractive. Ever. Not even when they were kids. Not even when he’s all beach-ready without a shirt, or when he’s dressed in his old tux like some kind of prince, or when he wakes up and his hair is messy but in a cute way, or when he’s battling with that intense dedication and excitement that he practically glows. So, when she never had these feelings before, she doesn’t know why his attractiveness is affecting her all so suddenly. her mind is so fixated on this troublesome fact as if this is the first struggle she'd ever faced in her life.
