He knows Clementine’s pretty. That’s just a fact, right? She has those big amber eyes, accentuated by long lashes and her eyebrows are weirdly perfect. (Turns out, when you get that close to someone you notice a lot about their face.) But Mitch can’t lose his mind over every pretty new girl that shows up here, especially with the raiders about to attack. He’d be no better than Ruby wanting to waste time burying Ms. Martin. It’s what Louis did anyway, and that backfired on him massively.
Clementine’s just like him, smart, no-nonsense, practical. Therefore if she knew Mitch was wasting his time thinking about something as stupid as her face, she’d probably tell him to get over it.

Viktor asks Hermione to the Yule Ball but she’d really rather not go with him. So she makes up a little white lie and Fred swoops into rescue her once he realizes this. Later, she swoops in to save him when George makes the wrong assumption.

His brother is a fixture as much as the sun or the air or the branches of the forest he ran along. Though if Neteyam was able to lose one so easily, what is to stop the rest of his constants from slipping past his fingers like the sand he has come to hate?
“Didn’t always seem like it,” Lo’ak mutters. He curls deeper into himself. “I’m sorry, you know? Fuck, Neteyam, Eywa knows I’m sorry.”
Or
Neteyam's death cracked the family he had tried so hard to protect like ice beneath his heels. It left them scrambling in the wicked waves he left behind.
