Majima turned his gaze on the only man left standing in the middle of it all, fist clutched around what he recognised as the left pedal of his poor, dismembered bike. There wasn’t a scratch on him. He wore a crisp, double-breasted white suit, paired with maybe one of the ugliest patterned shirts Majima had ever seen; he was young — Majima guessed early twenties — but his face wore a scowl that seemed years beyond his boyish features. Strong, sharp nose, and a better jawline than any of his sorry opponents put together. And, of course, the hottest thing of all — he could clearly hold his own in a fight.
“Man, ya could’ve grabbed any other damn bike off the street, huh?”
Majima crossed his arms in a show of annoyance, but his tone held no malice. To be totally fair, he had destroyed his own share of innocently parked bicycles during beat-downs, so he figured this evened things out a little. Karmic justice, or whatever. And at least God had wrapped it all up in a pretty face this time.

Summary
Harry Potter was like the sun. He shone brightly and pulled everyone into his orbit with a gravity that was difficult to escape. Being in his presence was like basking in the warmth of a ray of sunlight, the feeling of his attention almost addictive. However, Draco knew that if he allowed himself to get close to him, like those summer days where he had run wild as a child, he would be burned. Too much exposure to him caused Draco’s skin to itch just below the surface, and it caused him to lash out. If he wanted any peace of mind at all, it was better to stay as far away from him as possible.

The man’s deep eyes looked haunted, and the grease paint he wore did nothing to subvert that assumption. Soap scanned the man’s tactical gear quickly, picking up on the amount of knife hilts and gun holsters that covered the man.
“Didn’t know we were at war in Glasgow,” Soap teased. The man huffed.

"Simon. Thanks." He flashed John another smile and walked to the end of the counter to wait.

John MacTavish is late to the coffee shop he works at after a late night argument with his girlfriend the previous night. He can't shake the memory playing on a loop in his head until a voice snaps him out of it. The customer before him has him fumbling for words and smiling like crazy. He's never felt anything quite like it before and now in place of the memory of the fight, he can't shake thoughts of the mysterious man who has held his thoughts captive since. He can only hope to see him again.

Ghost couldn’t think of a way to respond so remained silent. He watched as Soap took a deep breath, knowing he was about to say something else.
“Look, Ghost, I don’t wanna argue with ya. Especially over something so stupid. If I had to take a bullet to get you then I would have, gladfully. What’s done is done. Let’s leave it at that.”
“Don’t say that, Johnny.” Ghost spoke, his voice quiet.
“Say what?”
“That you’d take a bullet.”
“I would, though.” Soap replied, fiddling with piece of bandage wrapper in his hands.
“Just… don’t. You said you’d be better than me, one day, Johnny. You can’t do that if you’re dead.”
