Summary
Tony had always prided himself on not being a slave to his designation. The way he was raised explained a lot of that.
He might have been a sub, but he never let that be his defining feature.
In the words of Marie Kondo, being a sub didn’t spark joy. In fact, at times, it flat out pissed him off that he had to submit at all. He’d never had a good dom before, and he didn’t even know what one looked like, mostly thanks to his father.
Submission—it was a touchy subject. Instinctually, biologically, he craved it, needed it. But what he wanted and needed didn’t really line up.
Things were going okay until they weren’t—until Tony made the mistake of trusting.

Summary
Tony knew better than to play with alien toys. He really did. But there was just something so tempting about other-worldly objects. It turned out that he wasn't the only Tony Stark that felt that way. One explosion later, there's a brand new Tony in town. But there's something not quite right about this Tony and how he reacts to the team, the way he flinches away from Bucky or shakes when Steve picks up the shield or won't turn his back to Clint and Natasha.
It turns out that not every Tony Stark is as lucky as Tony, but damned if Tony, Steve and Bucky aren't going to fix that.

Summary

Time was passing and Steve was still waiting with his hand on his chest but Tony had to figure out the right answer fast or when Steve moved he might--
“Tony,” he blurted.
“Tony,” Steve repeated. He hadn’t come any closer. He said something short that might have been pleased to meet you or you look good on your knees. Tony had no way of knowing and he wasn’t going to risk echoing it. He kept quiet. See, Howard? I do know how to shut up when my life depends on it.

In this apocalyptic world survival takes precedence over nearly everything. Throw in Alphas, Omegas, soul bonds, and shape-shifting, and it's a wonder Steve Rogers remains such a level-headed person. Tony Stark is still a specially flaky snowflake, of course.
(The non-con is one scene at the beginning & is more accurately described as dubious consent. He consented beforehand, on the fuck or die principle, when he was capable of giving consent.)
