Summary
One mistake causes irreparable damage.
Harry Potter, Fourth Triwizard Champion, falls in the first task. He is injured past the point of survivability but for some reason he simply cannot die. Harry is taken to St. Mungo's where he's subjected to painful and humiliating experimental healing techniques. Robbed of his voice, he wishes for nothing but to be put out of his misery.
Meanwhile, despite the sorry state of his fated enemy, Lord Voldemort wants Harry Potter for his resurrection ritual. Whatever power tethers the boy to life-Voldemort must possess it. Harry, helpless and trapped in his body, is entirely at the mercy of his nemesis.
And Lord Voldemort, who never backs down from a challenge, becomes obsessed with solving the problem of Harry Potter once and for all. He will do the impossible-not destroy the boy, no, but remake him.

Summary
“Keep doubting me and you may find yourself hitting the ground during our journey.”
Harry’s brows knit together before his arms lifted and settled around Tom’s neck. The proximity hit too fast, pressing the air from Tom’s chest and leaving him momentarily stunned.
“If that happens,” Harry said flatly, “I’m taking you down with me.”
Or: Harry Potter was an evil temptress, and Tom, alone among fools, would not fall for it.

Summary
Fourteen years ago, Tom Riddle pulled a toddler from the wreckage of a car crash. He never expected to meet him again.
Harry Potter never knew they had met at all.
A non-magical AU in which Tom Riddle has spent his life building power in two different worlds: publicly, as the celebrated headmaster of Britain's most prestigious boarding school; privately, as Lord Voldemort, the unseen architect of an elite secret society whose reach extends into politics, business, and the highest levels of British society. Harry Potter is sixteen: broke, lonely and perpetually in trouble. On the last school trip before summer break they meet again by chance at London Zoo.
Then Tom begins bending every rule at his disposal to bring Harry into Hogwarts, hiding his true purpose behind a nationwide scholarship competition. Hermione Granger, Viktor Krum and Fleur Delacour win without ever realizing that the entire programme is merely cover for getting one particular boy through its doors.
What starts as Tom’s guilty desire to help the child he once orphaned soon curdles into something far more dangerous: obsession, possession, and an irresistible need to control the course of Harry’s life.

Summary
When, exactly, had Tom fallen in love with Harry Potter? Even years later, he could not say. There were too many moments that might have marked the beginning, and Tom had never been able to decide which one deserved the distinction.
This moment, however, he remembered. It was the first time Harry had stirred something within him that no one else ever could. The mark of a human, they say, is the ability to love.
Something that, with enough time, Tom would grow to detest.
Or: The recounting of Tom and Harry’s life together, from beginning to end.
