Summary
Katara and Zuko are working together to scout out a new location to expand the Southern Water Tribe and it's growing population. The only problem—they can't stand to be in the same vicinity for more than 0.5 seconds.
Mid-Argument in the middle of frozen tundra, a blizzard breaks out, and they manage to get to a cave for safety. They start to warm up to one another, opening up emotionally as long time friends.
Zuko of course, offering to warm up a very cold Katara as well.
