    Summary

Eurymachus loved to collect beautiful things, particularly those no one else can have. Jewelry. Fine perfumes. The Throne. But recently, a new, tantalizingly unobtainable beauty had drawn his avaricious eye.

Antinous was a powerful man among powerful men, the leader of the suitors. His word was law among them, a king by all but name. None were above him in this pillaged palace.

Eurymachus wanted to have the one thing no other suitor could. He wanted this beautiful, proud man's willing submission as much as he wanted the threat of his blade.

    -----

Five times Eurymachus embraced Antinous, and one time he opened his arms to someone else.

    Summary

“Viktor…” Jayce breathed out, the name escaping him like a prayer. He inhaled again, deeply, greedily, as though trying to fill his lungs with the very essence of the man before him. The faint scent of clay and oil paint clung to Viktor’s clothes, grounded by the subtle, earthy trace of oak and pine from the wood and tools he worked with. It wrapped around Jayce like a cocoon, warm and grounding. Every part of Viktor-his presence, his scent, the gentle cadence of his voice—was threading itself through Jayce’s senses, leaving no room for anything else.
Viktor’s lips curved into a soft, knowing smile, the faintest blush creeping up his cheeks. The firelight caught the gold flecks in his eyes, making them shimmer like starlight. “Are you struggling to speak, Jayce?”
Not another minute could pass without Viktor knowing. He had to know. Jayce couldn’t bear the weight of this feeling pressing against his ribs, unspoken. “I admire you…” The words tumbled out unbidden, raw and real, cracking with the intensity of the truth behind them.

... Often, art comes from a place deep within, a final release of breath from a scream never spoken.

    Summary

Jayce panics for a split second before his eyes fall on a small form covered with a familiar blanket. Viktor isn’t looking at him, focusing instead on the middle distance in a way that makes panic rise in his chest.

“Vik-” it comes out a harsh rasp, his throat still struggling to work properly.

Viktor turns to him then, a rare look of utter bewilderment spread across his sharp features.

    “Where are we?” Jayce asks
    --
Jayce and Viktor wake up after their not-quite-final act in the arcane to find themselves in an abandoned Piltover. They must figure out how to survive in bodies that no longer feel like theirs and reconcile who their experiences have made them with the people they remember themselves to be.

Or: Another post-canon fic but give it a splash of TLOU and a big dose of angst and guilt.

    Summary

Jayce tucks his head into Viktor’s neck and runs a foot up his shin, slides it under his thigh. Viktor’s body is warm now, sufficiently heated by hours under soft blankets.

“Do you think the rest of the tomatoes are ready?” Viktor asks, quiet and raspy.

“They have to be,” Jayce answers. Their voices creak and crack as much as their joints, slowly waking. Mornings are as slow as their afternoons and evenings. Most days, they wake up with the sun already beaming on their faces.
