Miya decided to take matters into his own hands. After a challenging few days, he finally lets the emotional side of himself win and goes to Reki's house to talk to him. Unfortunately for him, Reki isn't home. Fortunately for him, his younger sister Koyomi is home and eager to make his acquaintance.
“Would you teach me?”
Miya’s eyes widened. It struck him that he didn’t even know the girl’s name. Now, she wanted him to teach her how to skate? They’d barely even met.
“Okay,” Miya said. He wasn’t exactly sure what he’d gotten himself into. But a blinding smile (not dissimilar to her sibling’s) made him feel like it might be okay.
