Luffy era un bastardo y Law todavía no comprendía por qué este era tan amado entre sus vecinos cuando lo único bueno que hacía era atender a las mascotas de la comunidad; más allá de eso era un presumido que creía que podía conquistar a cualquiera con sus tiernas sonrisas y adorable forma de ser, pero no a Law, él no se dejaría engañar por esa faceta de niño bueno y tampoco caería en su absurdo juego de seducción.

Cuando Luffy le expresó a Law sobre el "flechazo" que había sentido al ver a Roronoa Zoro por primera vez, entrando al salón con la chaqueta desaliñada del club de esgrima, su extravagante cabello verde y aretes resplandecientes, Law se extrañó debido a tal descripción digna de un adolescente experimentando su primer amor, aun así no le tomó mucha importancia, estaba seguro de que aquello solo era una fascinación fugaz de Luffy y que a la semana se le pasaría, eso era lo que se repetía a sí mismo intentando convencerse. Gran error.

Summary
Apenas habían pasado tres meses desde que Law dejó Loguetown para viajar a Dressrosa a realizar su voluntariado médico, pero la escuela de medicina era compleja y sus prácticas eran de un año y medio como mínimo para graduarse ya que tenía que rotar por todas las especialidades para cumplir el primer paso de convertirse en un médico general. Ser médico era el sueño de Law, así como el de Luffy era ser bombero. Ambos queriendo dedicarse a profesiones complicadas que requerían de mucho sacrificio y fortaleza. En esos momentos era el turno de Luffy de ser fuerte por ambos, le había prometido eso a Law.

Scattered across the beach in various stages of chaos—rolling around, yelling, fighting—are his crew but not his crew, so similar and yet so, so different. They look younger, fresher, and whatthefuck there, on the deck of the Sunny just peering over the railing, he catches a flash of green—his own green hair—
“Ah, fuck,” he grunts, and then immediately turns back around because no, actually, he does not want to deal with this.

“Figure what out?” Torao looked suspicious, like he thought the fearsome Pirate King really would pluck his eyes from his head.
“Figure out you,” Luffy said. “C’mon, Torao. Let’s go find who you are.”
The Pirate King lands on a burned down island with streets as white as snow and happens upon a lingering ghost.
