Don't let it go to waste, there's so much unrequited love in the world, bask in the fact you've found someone who loves you too, you deserve it Rem." Sirius chokes on a cry. Remus pulls back and sees the pain on his best friends' face.

Sirius loves someone and it's not returned or at least he thinks. Remus and Regulus are trying to help him while navigating their own love lives, and Peter is frustrated (and understandably so).

The sun was casting hues of gold and pink through their bedroom window. Fabian was laying on their bed slowly tracing the spin of the shirtless man next to him. It was incredible, Fabian thought, that he was the one lying next to this gorgeous being. So many others had before, but they had failed to stay by his side. And it was Fabian who was there to pick up the pieces. Each time they left his little angel sobbing and broken begging them to stay, Fabain had been there to support him, he'd made sure of it. Because while his affections may not have always been returned, Fabian never wanted him to know pain that way. He'd have gladly let him go if it meant keeping a smile on his face.

Everything is going to his life plan - or so James thinks, until said beautiful girlfriend leaves him and he ends up in detention with said Sirius Black.

Sirius halted, he really didn’t think this through. Where was James? He would go along with the lie in a heartbeat.He was going to strangle the bastard.
“He’s uh… that one over there.”
Sirius pointed at a man sitting down in a booth with three other girls who were laughing.
“I don’t believe you, prove it.”
Sirius wanted to punch himself in the face.
.....Sirius just wanted to loosen up and have a drink.
And all this happened.
