“Wh – why is he called that?”
From one table down, Dazai warns, “Don’t let him get you, Atsushi. If he gets you he’ll threaten to peg you.”
“Don’t you mean he’ll threaten to kill me?”
Kunikida shudders. “I wish he did that instead.”

Chuuya disregarded the wary gazes trained on him. He crossed to the bullet-ridden table, drew the documents from his suit, and dropped it onto the desk with some sort of finality.
“We’re done,” he said flatly. “I’m filing for a divorce.”
And that was how the ADA found out that Dazai wasn’t single, but taken, married, and soon to be divorced—all in one sitting.
