Nandor began walking towards him but stopped when he realized Guillermo was speaking to someone. An older man sat next to him, and the two were smiling and talking. After watching them a moment, Nandor stood still as the two got up from their seats and headed for the stairs to the upper level of the club.
Nandor followed them with his eyes from the first floor until they sat at a table overlooking the dance floor.
Who was Guillermo talking to? Why were they talking? What were they saying?

Summary
When Jaskier had realized that Geralt hated being called 'Butcher' he’d never said it to him again. Doubly so, when he learned the true story. Geralt’s pain, his heartbreak.
All of it.
So hearing it in song hurts tenfold.
Or: Geralt hears 'Burn Butcher Burn' - it hurts him, in more ways than one. When he regains Jaskier's companionship he doesn't want to lose him again, or ruin it by mentioning it. They don't talk about it. Until they do.
