The Armed Detective Agency doesn’t really have a dress code, though Dazai-san is one of the detectives who follows the implied business-casual rule. Atsushi notes absentmindedly that today he’s wearing brown slacks, and a blue V-necked sweater over a white turtleneck. The beige coat Akutagawa’s eyes linger on every time Atsushi asks him how he’s doing at the Port Mafia is tucked into his elbow, perfectly folded.
Which is all to say it's another sunny, routine day in the office, where everyone is dressed as usual and acting like usual.

The kid looks smug and Mickey's pretty sure he knows what's going on. He knows he's being provoked, that the redhead is trying to get a reaction out of him, and it's fucking difficult for Mickey not to bite.
