Summary
Crushed by pressure and worries about keeping his family alive and safe, Leonardo finds himself having to decide between staying in the safety of the sewers or joining a ninja clan that has been trying to kill his brothers and him for months. He lets himself enjoy, to an extent, his last 24 hours in the sewers, deciding that having an army of ninjas sounds much safer than fighting them and further endangering his family.

Wukong hated the cold; from the moment he first took breath upon Flower Fruit Mountain's Peak until right now, he's never been fond of it.
“Macaque.”
“Wukong.”
A tense silence hung above their heads as they stared at each other. The chilly atmosphere in the air wasn’t making it easy to repress those thoughts like normal. Wukong forced himself to blink, trying to force the image of snow out of his head. Even as he tried to take a deep breath, he choked and coughed as the cold pierced his lungs; an icy sensation that added to the weird feeling.
Wukong really hated the cold.
He just doesn't remember why.

Macaque and Wukong could only tolerate the other in one of two ways: violently or sexually. Sometimes both. Their agreement was just another way for the both of them to blow off some steam, so long as they kept it hush-hush. That's all it was- sex and nothing more.

Summary
Wukong had sensed a gradual change in Macaque’s scent, an alluring sweetness that overwhelmed him. It was something he couldn’t quite articulate, and the new intensity of this feeling felt like a heavy burden. He tried to keep their interactions close and casual, while seeking more of that elusive scent, but doing so without drawing Macaque’s attention was proving to be quite difficult.
