Summary
The rain had started up again. Fat droplets drummed over her hood, drenching the fabric. Her horse’s reins were wet and cold; though her fingers, numbed from continued exposure to the elements, could hardly feel them.
Following the sound of the explosion, they’d arrived at a clearing. It was a mess of blackened, shattered wood, and the wagon, a skeleton, was little more than a smoking husk. Beyond the wreckage, a titan lay prostrate. Felled, its limp, hulking form was barely visible through the rain.
As soldiers shouted, pointing at the creature, one of the horses still tethered to the ruined wagon, writhed. When the beast screamed a broken, panicked wail, her own horse shifted, flanks twitching with unease.
Hanji barely noticed.
The soldiers' voices, the poor beast’s screams, even the heavy, even thrum of rain - had silenced as she looked to the river.
A body lay at the edge of the dark, white-capped water.

Summary
When a soldier comes rushing up to tell Erwin that Levi's been injured and Squad Leader Hange has requested that he come immediately, urgently, the worst case scenarios start flooding Erwin's head, images of Levi lying broken and dying, bleeding out or with missing limbs.
So Erwin is very confused when he arrives and Levi is not dying, not gravely injured, but standing up against a tree, covered in blood, a murderous look in his eyes, waving his blades around and threatening any medic that tries to come near him, pointing the weapons at Hange. “Get the fuck back Four-eyes or I’ll slice those shitty glasses off your face,” Levi says.
Or, Levi has a bit of a phobia, and Erwin and Hange find out in a not so ideal way.

Afraid that he will suddenly and without warning turn into the killer that he is known as, jarred out of that cold, calm demeanor in an instant and into striking, startling violence.
And Levi always wants to laugh. Because Levi does not snap – he splinters.

What life is like outside of everything he’s ever known. If the sun shined differently without the confines of a cage.
If all the suffering had been worth it in the end.
Or the one where Levi gets separated from the rest of his squad while out on a mission, and Eren, who has grown up outside the walls, finds him before death does.
