TL;DR During the apprentice arc, Dick goes into heat. Slade won't outright force himself, but he's also not going to take a no. He'll break down Dick eventually :)

The only way Clark would be able to introduce Bruce to the League, aside from him getting kidnapped and them having to save him, would probably be to bring him up to the Watchtower. Out of the suit. As a civilian. And Clark didn’t see Batman being comfortable with that any time soon.
