Izuku felt his stomach drop as he saw Katsuki through the corner of his eyes marching through the cafeteria straight towards him, a single envelope clutched in his hand.

In a panic, Izuku turned to the figure next to him. “I’m so sorry!”

Yamaguchi looks for his best friend Tsukishima and ends up finding him in a gym with Nekoma's captain Kuroo. He wonders what both of them are doing in there and decides to eavesdrop a little.
"I like you.", he heard Tsukishima saying, while his vision got blurrier.
"Oh, that's good."
And these were the words that completely shattered Yamaguchi's heart and he avoids being near Tsukishima since his best friend was also his crush. And nothing hurts more than seeing your best friend, your crush, your everything, falling in love with someone else, and slowly leaving you. At least, that's what he thinks.

He was cut off once the other boy loomed over Tadashi mid-sentence, placing an index finger under his chin and solely raising it. His eyebrows and eyes reached downward, which made Yamaguchi shiver for some reason.
Then after a moment of silence and staring, Terushima uttered back in a low, raspy tone. “‘Meant you. How are yah?”

Tsukki sees how jealous and attentive Yamaguchi acts towards him after he spends time with Kuroo, and for someone not ready to confess? He’ll take what he can get. His best friend was still just chilling on the grassy hill, legs out in front of him, resting his body weight on one long arm bent behind his back. Tsukki’s face remained completely, 100% neutral above his scarf. If Tadashi didn’t know otherwise, he’d say this unprecedented discussion (that Tsukki initiated!!) was just a casual comment about something mildly interesting, and Tadashi was the one going insane.

I knew this day would come, I just wish I never wrote that letter, I can’t believe I was so stupid to forget about it!” He yells and he hiccups as more tears fall.
