The guy—Jisung—opened his mouth to inhale intensely, reminding Minho of Kirby by how wide his mouth went, how powerfully he sucked air in. He could easily see a watermelon flying into Jisung's mouth. But then would he take on the watermelon's...powers? Minho had to restrain himself from trying to stick his entire hand into Jisung’s mouth, just to see if it would fit.
“Okay there’s another layer to this, but,” Jisung blurted out, throwing his thumb over his shoulder to gesture at something behind him. “That guy over there? That’s my boyfriend. We are a couple, but we’re poly and have been wanting to ask you on a date for a while.”

It's a new chapter in their lives, and tensions are high as bonds are quickly forming between members of Stray Kids, except for two of the members--Lee Minho and Han Jisung. Jisung hardly thinks so. He thinks that Minho’s kitchen is homey and simple and it’s clear that he’s comfortable in it. He fears that Minho won’t feel the same comfortability and familiarity in his own kitchen. He barely uses it as is, so the space isn’t accustomed to someone feeling in their element in it, so he worries that it will translate to Minho as well, and affect his motivation and attitude with his videos.
Minho’s smile shifts, like it’s his turn to be shy, then scratches the back of his neck in what looks to be subtle embarrassment. “I have a YouTube channel, actually."
I know, and I love your channel. Maybe a little too much. Jisung bites his tongue from saying that out loud. They’ve barely known each other for an hour and he doesn’t want to freak Minho out by saying that he’s a (very dedicated) fan.

Jisung’s not particularly good at self control. His heart—it tends to run wild. Untethered. Unbothered, with the way Jisung’s logic doesn’t match up with what it wants. When Jisung loves, he does it hard. It flows from him like magic, permeating everything he touches.
Holding himself back feels unnatural—painful, even, but it’s necessary.
