Hearing his name echoing from the hallway, Gyro scrambles to sit at the edge of the bed with his thighs close together. He tampers with the little white hat on top of his head, attempting to soothe his nerves and act natural before Johnny comes in the room.
As soon as the door opens, Johnny almost doesn’t believe what greets him on the other side. His mouth falls agape as the door opens wider, utterly speechless at the sight in front of him. Gyro had the whole get-up, a nurse’s hat along with a white cloth dress adorned with fuschia crosses.

Before Johnny could congratulate Gyro further, his fluffy collar was yanked towards his partner who stole a kiss that immediately melted the snow on his blue painted lips. The audience was surely watching this, right? Was this real? For some reason despite hearing the familiar shutter of cameras trained on them and the other racers, Johnny didn’t push him away. He just remained still as Gyro moved his lips in a rush on his own, he swore he could hear a shuddering grunt emit from his partner as he kept his hand fisted on the front of his hoodie.
It was a silent command.
