Summary
This is completely based upon the Horror AU by @RottyPunk on Twitter!
George is the heir to a large fortune, but before he starts being a Responsible Adult, he decides to spend a year in a coastal Oregon town called Nethermire.
Obviously, he meets some pretty interesting people: Wilbur, a PI with a mysterious past; Sapnap, a local college student who becomes George's best friend and always smells like campfire smoke; Technoblade, who George doesn't trust for some reason; Skeppy, a boy richer than George's parents and louder than the ocean; and Dream, seemingly the most normal person in the town.
Upon encountering something he can't quite explain in the woods, George slowly realizes that his year in Nethermire won't be as quiet as he had hoped.
If you've ever watched the show "Midnight Texas", this story is lowkey that.
Nethermire is inspired mostly by Brookings, Oregon.

“A sign for what?” Yoongi looks at the boy and his thumb is rubbing circles on the soft of Hoseok's stomach.
“That maybe we should stick together.” Jimin whispers.
Yoongi doesn't speak for a long time after that, eyes staring at the ceiling where the red lights keep flickering.
“Yeah.” he finally murmurs, words almost getting lost in the echoes of the music “Yeah, we should.”Or, they are different, but they were lost and their paths still crossed.

Summary
Fate's been unkind to Hoseok from the start - he's completely non-magical in a world where everyone else seems to be, including his two best friends. So, really, it shouldn't have been that much of a surprise that Hoseok ends up the only one of the trio that's infected by a dangerous fire demon that's trying to kill him from the inside out.
Luckily, he gets sent to stay in a snow-filled landscape with a certain magic user called Yoongi to save him.
Maybe, just maybe, fate is finally on Hoseok's side.
(Alternatively, Hoseok has to live in Yoongi's Canadian cabin that he shares with the most unusual of friends and Hoseok ends up never wanting to leave.)

For a second, the dragon looks as though it's going to bump its head against Jimin’s palm, giving him the chance to graze his fingers over its glinting scales.
But then the second is over, and the dragon snorts instead, warm smoke coming out of its nostrils and blowing Jimin’s hair back. Then it turns around and goes back into its cave, leaving Jimin standing there and feeling like an idiot.
Taehyung appears by his shoulder seconds later, whistling lowly. “Well, that didn’t work. No worries though, Jimin! I’m going to find another way to get my necklace back. Sorry for dragging you all the way out here.”
Jimin says, “It laughed at me.”
Taehyung blinks. “What?”
“Taehyung, that dragon bastard laughed at me.”

It's not that Yoongi needs someone to save him, to cure him of this disease called loneliness, because Yoongi Min is an independent man. But that's not to say that having someone to help him get over this wouldn't be appreciated. It would be easier to get over this with the help of someone else than to do it all by himself.
