Summary
"You're forgiven," Tim said, his tone even and utterly devoid of feeling.
Kon blinked. "What?"
"You're forgiven," Tim repeated, as if confirming a simple fact. "And you were right. About the labs. It was a violation... You were correct to call it out."
"No," Kon whispered, shaking his head. "No, I wasn't right. I was a jerk—"
"It's handled," Tim interrupted, his voice still flat. "I've taken care of it. All of it."
...
"It won't hurt anymore," Tim said, and for a fleeting second, there was something in his eyes. A flicker of profound, unsettling certainty. "It won't hurt anyone. Ever again."

Summary
Tim took a sip from his now lukewarm can of Zesti, making a grimace at the temperature all the while he continued to type with a single hand. Hacking into Bruce’s personal systems was always an interesting challenge and exercise. Bruce wasn’t the best coder of the family, but he was paranoid like no other, so he tended to really have all possible entrances covered.
It would deter most intruders, but Tim was obstinate and on a mission.
Bruce had been acting weird. More secretive than usual.
And that was never a good thing.
*Set in the same world as Heliotropism , but should be able to be read as a standalone!

Summary
“This is where I take nutritional breaks and sleep. I have training scheduled in 24 minutes,” he explains, a little uncertain.
“Oh,” she adds, an automatic vocal filler that often gets interviewees to continue.
“Of course, if you need anything done now, I’ll do it,” he adds, with just a slight undercurrent of a rush.
His face may be smooth, his tone blandly professional, but this boy is terrified.

Summary
Gods, Tim had thought Joker was just targeting him to kill him, like he always did with Robins. Not to turn him into some kind of mini Joker, into a weapon against Batman. Not to mention it fucking hurt. Tim barely noticed when Joker spun out of the room, distracted by the way his blood was turning to acid. His bones felt like they were splintering, and Tim couldn’t hold back the whimpers through gritted teeth or the way tears streamed down the sides of his face, salt stinging the abused skin.
Tim knew how to withstand torture. He knew how important it was to keep a goal in mind. Thankfully, Tim already knew what his goal was.
Kill the Joker.

Summary
By choosing not to call the police ten minutes ago, and the hospital twelve minutes ago, and Bruce fifteen minutes ago, the decision has been made. There is no backing out, now.
His sweatshirt is still covered in blood, and soaked from the rain, but he ignores this. It’s fine. He’s fine. He’s the same calm, level-headed Tim he’s always been. So he plans.
Tim is a murderer. He murdered someone. It's an unchangeable, unshakeable fact...but no-one else knows about it. No-one knows what Tim has done. And if he’s smart, and careful, no-one ever will.
All he has to do is learn to live with it.
