Beomgyu's grip on his guitar loosened as he felt his lips quivering. It wasn't the first time someone talked badly and thought of his music as some trash, but whenever the younger boy decided to comment on it, it was breaking his heart. What he said wasn't even that harsh, but what mattered to him was that Taehyun was the one who said it.
He wasn't even aware that all of the songs Beomgyu wrote were dedicated to him.

“Finally,” Beomgyu breathes, stretching his arms over his head. “I’m exhausted.”
“You’re exhausted?” Taehyun quips, “I did all the work, why are you exhausted?”
Beomgyu gasps, sitting upright on his bed. “Is that true?” He says, scandalised, “I did at least 70% of the work, you were to busy staring at my lips the entire time.”
Taehyun rolls his eyes, “you wish, Choi,” he says.
“I don’t need to, Kang,” Beomgyu replies, “you just did it again right now.” He gets up onto his knees, inching closer till he’s right in front of Taehyun, their noses just shy of touching. Taehyun can see his reflection in Beomgyu’s eyes, the pinch of his eyebrows, the darkness in his eyes. Of course he can see Beomgyu too, dark eyes intently staring at him, eyebrows and lips curled in a way that is distinctly teasing, smirk poised and pretty. Taehyun’s not sure if he wants to punch or kiss it off his face. He leans closer, almost subconsciously, till his nose knocks against Beomgyu’s and he can almost feel the cool metal of Beomgyu’s nose ring.
“And if I have been staring at you?” He asks boldly, meeting the older boy head on, “what are you going to do about it?”
Beomgyu breaks into a devastatingly pretty grin.

It's a Tuesday evening. They’ve just finished soccer practice and everyone else has taken off, leaving Taehyun to finish up his shower alone. And there it is, hidden away in the corner, barely a sharpie scribble on the tiles, but it might as well be a call to arms as far as Taehyun's concerned.

Taehyun would like to think he's a gentleman, both in and out of bed, that he's chosen to methodically pursue the man of his dreams before he graduates. He has a detailed plan with a clearly defined goal: date Beomgyu Choi before he dies or graduates.
