“Hyung, you're back already?” Anton asks, sitting up on his bed with such vigour he almost tumbles forward. He sits obediently across from where Sohee collapses onto his own bed, taking out his earphones as he waits for a response. “I thought you had a date.”
Sohee never told him that. He could shoot back a spiteful reply, tell him that he won't tolerate the aimless trailing anymore. “I'm tired, Chanyoung,” he states instead, easing back into the comfort of his bedsheets as he tries to will his burgeoning boner down.
Alternatively: Sohee's hookup gets cold feet, and, accidentally, Anton is there to help.

Taro crawls towards him, her tits near spilling out of her top with the shift in gravity. “Always so kind to me, aren't you?” There's a hidden meaning in her question. Rhetorical, of course, but Wonbin nods anyway. Then, she confirms what he suspected. “Not like your brother.”
His brother has all the fire that Wonbin does not. He lets out his opinions like an overflowing landfill, with no care of who gets caught up in it. Downstairs, he'd made some unmemorable, mean comment about Wonbin, so he retreated to his room. He's heard the things he's said to Taro, but her edges are smooth enough to blunt his sharp tongue. And, with all his selfishness, Wonbin hopes her arrival in his room was something of pity, even if it is all a stupid game of infectious jealousy to her.
Alternatively: Wonbin's brother's girlfriend takes an interest in him.

With Wonbin’s face in his hands, Sungchan squeezes the fat in his cheeks in exhausted disbelief. “Wonbin, baby,” he whispers, insistent on receiving a hearty eyeful of the other man. “I'm sorry for taking so long.”
“Who would I be if I didn't wait for you?” Wonbin replies, muffled as he tries to break free from Sungchan’s grip.

Sungchan doesn’t recognise the face that stares back at him. He smiles at himself in the mirror, his drawn on lips almost clownish in the way they pull into an expression that looks more pained than reassuring. Stark white skin pills over blushed acne scars he can’t help but pick at, and his round eyes are almost raccoonish with the heavy mascara. It runs a little, messing up the abstract artwork he’s attempted to paint onto himself to be more Eunseok’s type.
“I like it when girls wear makeup. But not too much. Like, tasteful makeup, you know what I mean?”

Summary
There's the regular discharge of emotion; sullen looks laced with purposeful passive aggression that Anton has to kiss out of him, and short phrases that only frustrate them both. Something sticks out of the ranting. Maybe Wonbin feels emboldened to taunt because he can't see Anton’s face where the boy is cuddled up behind him—a sympathetic spooning position where he can whisper endless apologies into Wonbin’s neck as he scolds him through stutters.
“I'm not– I can't just– just sit around waiting for you,” Wonbin says. It's slow, measured—winding up for a harsh blow. There's a wet smack of his lips in the dark like a consideration that hangs in the air, then he delivers the punch. “Y-You think I'm your mom, or something?”
Alternatively: Anton comes home late, and Wonbin is annoyed.

A few days later, after Sungchan had characteristically fumbled an answer, picked on after being miles away in thoughts of soccer practice, Eunseok dropped a note on his desk. He was clever about it, of course, smart to not draw attention to himself; his study guide, stuck to his side, opened with perfect timing so as to float a tiny corner of note paper atop the wooden surface.
‘I am sick to death of cleverness. Everybody is clever nowadays.’

God, Eunseok really fucking hates this part. It’s borderline deus ex machina to prove some point about the power of family or something. Totally out of place considering the rest of the movie talks about how smart the characters are. Surely it’d make more sense if they came up with a solution together rather than having some baby with secret healing powers, not like he feels particularly strongly about any of it. Nor is he watching over Sohee’s shoulder.
In his annoyance, he goes lower, part of him desperate for a bit of pleading from Sohee. ‘Hyung, it hurts,’ he’ll often say, ‘hyung, be gentle,’ in constant ploys to rile Eunseok up. This is one of those moments—has to be. It’s hard to miss the teasing rock of Sohee’s bony hips, or his boyish snicker when Eunseok sighs from the pressure against where blood has turned him turgid.
Alternatively: Sohee wants to go on a date, and a movie is the best Eunseok's got.

For a while now, Sungchan has been watching.
Every afternoon, a fairy visits the creek near his cabin. It perches at the water’s edge, eyes shut, listening to the rush over the rocks. From his desk window, Sungchan observes it with the same quiet fascination he reserves for pinned specimens in glass cases. It should shock him, but it doesn't. Curiosity cuts through any sense of surprise he should have with the discovery.
With the distance, it seems tiny enough to display in a jar; its body is small, wiry, with twiggy limbs like a mantis, but still threaded with muscle. But something larger always catches his eye.
